This playful modern deco livingroom scheme was designed in collaboration with Sophie Robinson for channel 5’s Dream Home Makeovers and is rooted in the clients love of hosting family gatherings.
The space is split into 3 distinct zones- The Sitting room, The Dinning room and The Bar- Relax/ Dine/ Drink. The style was developed from the clients love of all things ‘classy’ and art deco while simultaneously preserving their need for a clutter free space filled with pockets of storage- A modern take on the 1930’s art deco style was born.
Elements such as the beautifully upholstered bespoke banquet seat, the sensational gold leafed ceiling, the perfectly positioned dinning table pendants, the antiqued foxed wall tiles, the rich jewel toned colour scheme of teal, burnt orange and mustard, the unique personalised typography, and the bespoke golden mural, all help to elevate this space from a standard livingroom design to a space of wonder and joy.
This room certainly has party credentials.
